By making this reservation, I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in boating activities provided by AM Boat Rentals. In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, myself and my party agree to the following:

We understand and acknowledge that boating activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury or death due to accidents, adverse weather conditions, equipment malfunction, and the actions of others.

We certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in boating activities and that I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

We agree to abide by all safety instructions provided by AM Boat Rentals staff, including wearing appropriate safety gear and following boating regulations.

We assume full responsibility for my actions and any consequences that may arise during the course of boating activities, including any damage to property or injury to myself or others.

We hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless AM Boat Rentals, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in boating activities, including but not limited to, negligence or gross negligence.

We understand that this waiver of liability is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

We have read this liability waiver in its entirety and fully understand its terms. We acknowledge that myself and each member of my party are voluntarily waiving certain legal rights by making this reservation.
